A great and quiet place to live. The building itself is beautiful and well maintained. The apartments come equipped with all new appliances and central AC. The staff is the best I have ever encountered, with any maintenance issues handled same day, attentive and caring door people and an outstanding property manager who is always reachable. Not only are the apartments dramatic and beautiful, but it has to be the best location in Santa Monica. The atmosphere of the whole complex is somehow both exciting and peaceful at the same time. The ownership, manager and staff at 301 are superior. Any issue is always acknowledged and dealt with as quickly as possible. The willingness to help and the desire to please is very much appreciated. We are lucky, and you know that when you are always excited to come home.
